What types of equipment do you repair?+
We work with office and gaming PCs, laptops, PlayStation/Xbox consoles, and components in general.
Are services on-site or also remote?+
We offer both depending on the service. Installs, optimizations, and licenses can be done remotely, while physical repairs require drop-off at our office.
How long does a typical service take?+
Most jobs are completed within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on diagnosis, parts availability, and complexity.
Where are devices dropped off and picked up?+
On-site service is scheduled at our office: Suipacha 531, 8th Floor, CABA. We can also ship the device once service is completed.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you issue invoices?+
We accept all payment methods: cards, bank transfers, Mercado Pago, crypto, and international payments via bank transfers, PayPal, and Stripe. In Argentina we issue invoice “A” for companies, “B” for individuals, and “E” for international customers. For foreign clients we issue an invoice from our LLC.
