Paradise Dev® is a registered brand and business unit of Paradise Host S.A. and Paradise Host LLC. By accessing, contracting or using any service offered by Paradise Dev®, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

Throughout this document, "Paradise Dev", "Paradise Host", "Company", "we" or "us" refer to the above legal entities depending on the client's jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, contracting or using any service offered by Paradise Dev®, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

 

If the Client does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must refrain from using the services.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Web Development

Custom websites, platforms, landing pages, e-commerce solutions and web applications.

3.2 UI/UX Design

User interface and user experience design, wireframes, prototypes and visual systems.

3.3 Application Development

Native and cross-platform mobile and desktop applications.

3.4 IT Support & Infrastructure

Managed IT services, system monitoring, maintenance, updates, backups and infrastructure consulting.

3.5 Cybersecurity Services

Including, but not limited to:

 

  • Red Team (offensive security and penetration testing)
  • Blue Team (defensive monitoring and incident response)
  • Purple Team (strategic security integration)
  • Social media account protection and monitoring
  • Security hardening, threat detection and advisory services

    Important Disclaimer:

    Paradise Dev® is not responsible for security incidents caused by:

     

  • Client negligence
  • Poor credential management
  • Third-party providers
  • Social engineering due to user misconduct
  • Unauthorized actions by employees or external collaborators

    • 3.6 Digital Forensics & Technology Consulting

    Paradise Dev® provides digital forensic services, expert reports, IT audits and technology consulting, including support for legal, corporate and investigative purposes. Any audiovisual or marketing-related services are considered ancillary and secondary.

    4. Educational Activities & Training

    For Blue Team and Purple Team plans, Paradise Dev® provides:

     

    One (1) quarterly digital hygiene and cybersecurity awareness session, including best practices for systems usage, credentials, email security and social media protection.

     

    These sessions are educational and do not replace internal security policies or compliance obligations.

    5. Client Obligations

    The Client agrees to:

     

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
  • Cooperate and grant necessary access to systems and data
  • Maintain secure credentials and access controls
  • Follow recommended security practices

    •  

    Paradise Dev® shall not be liable for failures resulting from the Client's non-compliance.

    6. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions

  • Fees are defined in commercial proposals or subscription plans
  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing
  • Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled under agreed terms
  • Prices may be expressed in ARS or USD depending on jurisdiction

    • 7. Use of Data, Marketing & Third Parties

    The Client expressly authorizes Paradise Dev® to:

     

  • Collect, store and process data for operational, analytical and strategic purposes
  • Use anonymized or aggregated data for marketing, statistics, case studies and business intelligence
  • Share data with strategic partners, service providers or third parties, including marketing platforms, provided it complies with applicable laws

    •  

    Clients may request exclusion from marketing communications at any time.

    8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

    Paradise Dev® will implement reasonable measures to protect confidential information. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

     

    For Argentine clients, data is processed under Law No. 25,326 (Personal Data Protection Act).

    For international clients, applicable U.S. and international regulations may apply.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

     

  • Paradise Dev® does not guarantee specific results
  • Paradise Dev® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages
  • Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the Client in the last 3 months

    This includes, but is not limited to:

     

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Security breaches caused by third parties or client actions

    • 10. No Warranty

    All services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    11. Termination

    Paradise Dev® reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

     

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Illegal activities
  • Non-payment
  • Security risks

    • 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Argentine Clients: Laws of the Argentine Republic. Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
  • International Clients: Laws of the United States, without conflict-of-law principles.

    • 13. Modifications

    Paradise Dev® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated version.
